Re: District Results

I had a so-so meet at district. It was very stressful because some of our people signed up for district didn't show up.
NS: 263 (1st) (Horrible accuracy, I missed 13, mostly little things like forgetting negative signs. I was stressed because one of our people didn't show up.)
GM: 230 (2nd) (Only event where all my team members showed up)
CS: 200 (1st) (I haven't studied much this year, so whatever. Again, one team member failed to show up. Very annoying.)
Literary Criticism: 75, (4th, missed region by one question. Not bad for having started last month. Again, our team was missing one person.)
Teams:
NS: 432, (1st team, top team score in our region by 83 points, I think we will go to state.)
CS: 801, (1st team, top team score in our region by 73 points, I think we will go to state.)
GM: 492 (2nd team, at least we will get the wildcard)
Lit Crit: IDK, not top 2.
Apparently we took wildcard in calculator, and our spelling team owned.

Cool. Does that mean... all District meets are done, and we can discuss now?
I wish I could take D2 as well, and you could take D1, so we could compare scores. These scores might be a bit misleading, always that additional factor.

Mr.Potter will have access to one test, either D1 or D2, but someone has to e-mail him the other one to upload it here.

I haven't seen any of the D2 tests, but was there a general consensus of D2 NS being easier than D1?

District 2 number sense had an answer key error on problem 72, I was the only one who got that far, so I was marked wrong even though I was right. so my NS score was actually a 272.

I just sent Mr. Potter copies of the District 2 NS, Calc, Math, and Sci tests; I'm sure he'll post them when he gets to it within the next day or two. For those you that are really curious and just itching to compare the tests, PM me with your email address and I'll send you an invite to my box.com account so you can download them. (You'll have to create a free acct, but the site's legit.) Congrats to all the Regional Qualifiers!!

Thanks!
My NS and MA rankings identical, although CA has dropped 5, and SC and CS suffering small losses as well.
